These are planning questions, not a confirmed service menu. You can call about unconfirmed prices, services, or policies. Call (615) 604-3887 every time before bringing a deer, in every season.

Plan around what you actually cook

Available cuts: Backstraps — sliced, whole, or butterflied; Tenderloins — whole; Roasts; Steaks; Ground venison. Think about how many people you feed and how you normally use venison, then discuss the cuts and package sizes you prefer.

Fat can be added to ground venison for an extra charge. Call to confirm the fee and type of fat. Confirm processing prices and portions before finalizing your order. The available cuts do not establish a standard package or guaranteed yield. For other requests, such as stew meat, ask the shop to confirm availability.

Make specialty requests explicit

The shop lists original and jalapeño summer sausage in 2-lb sticks with cheddar or pepper jack cheese, Slim Jim’s, snack sticks, sliced cooked jerky, breakfast sausage and breakfast sausage links by the pound, and regular and hot jerky. Discuss allocation, minimums, and costs with the shop. The Carter Colon Cleanse can be added to any item you want; specify which items when ordering. It is extremely hot—eat with extreme caution.

Ask whether adding another meat or fat is part of the product. If you have allergies or dietary restrictions, tell the shop and request specific ingredient and cross-contact information; the listed cheese choices are not a complete ingredient list.

Confirm identification and packaging

You get your own deer back, not someone else’s. Ask how your order is tracked and how packages will be labeled. Packaging methods, including vacuum sealing, have not been confirmed.

Record the agreed instructions and contact number. Clarifying requests before cutting is more useful than trying to change them after the order is complete.
